Text messaging program
Program: Austin Artisan Tile project updates. When you request an estimate, call us, or reply to our message, you may receive text messages about your request, such as questions about your project, photo requests, appointment scheduling, and reminders.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (512) 677-6010.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Virtual assistant
Our phone line, texts and website chat are answered by Norma, our virtual assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so our team can follow up. Norma takes your details and helps schedule visits; she does not give prices or make promises on our behalf.
Estimates and work
- Information on this website and from our virtual assistant is general and is not a quote.
- Prices, scope and timing are set only in a written estimate from our team after reviewing your project. Work is governed by that written estimate or agreement.
- In-wall plumbing changes are performed by a licensed Texas plumber.
Website content
Photos and designs on this website are for inspiration unless stated otherwise. The online shower designer is a planning tool; final layouts and dimensions are confirmed in person. Website content belongs to Austin Artisan Tile and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Your submissions
When you send us photos, designs or details, you confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to use them to evaluate and complete your project.
Limitation
The website is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Austin Artisan Tile is not liable for indirect damages from using the website or our messaging services.
